Drying that lasts more than 48 hours is likely to cause damage and the appearance of mold spots. Until a professional arrives, try to ventilate the mattress as much as possible and even spray with a little laundry detergent. Be sure to order cleaning in the morning until noon to be sure that the mattress will dry by evening.

Cleaning mattresses the right way?

First of all, the professional should vacuum the mattress thoroughly.

(This step is not something that must be done if it is a really dusty mattress or full of crumbs).

The second step is the step when the professional comes to identify the oil stains and spray them with a cleaner and neutralizes odors in a more targeted way than the rest of the mattress.
